Viking recently introduced their French-door built-in double oven. It’s 30” wide and built like a commercial oven with side swinging doors. It’s designed to offer excellent power and performance just like all the other Viking products on the market today. The oven can be opened with just one hand because the companion door opens at the same time, making cooking easier and more convenient than ever.
Not only is it the largest oven in the industry, but it’s loaded with incredible features. This large oven has 11 cooking modes, commercial-type cooking power, and a broiler with amazing performance. It also preheats very quickly, so you don’t have to waste any time when preparing meals. Cleanup is a breeze because there’s a steam clean function that only takes 20 minutes and a self-clean function in the bottom oven. The oven has three racks in the lower oven and three in the upper one. There are two TruGlide™ full-extension racks in the top oven and one in the bottom oven, making it easy to remove baking pans and dishes. Blue LED lights come on lighting up the knobs when the oven is turned on and flash when it’s preheating.
