Mint Citrus Water

Adding natural ingredients to a pitcher of water, like fruit and herbs, can boost the flavor and entice you to drink more, ensuring you get the fluids your body needs. This recipe is just one option for healthy and delicious water you’ll want to drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced (optional)

Directions

  • Pour water into a pitcher
  • Add lemon, limes, mint, and cucumber to water and stir
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to infuse flavors, then remove the fruits with a slotted spoon and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Note: Any variety of citrus fruits can be used in place of the lemon and lime.
