Sweet and tangy, this Asian Broccoli Slaw is simple to put together and perfect for your next summer meal.
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package (12 ounces) broccoli slaw mix
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
Combine the oil, sugar, rice vinegar, lime zest, lime juice and sesame oil to make the dressing. Toss the dressing with the broccoli slaw. Add the chopped cilantro and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
